Made using Fontaine's laminated dough technique, where the dough is folded over and over to create its delicate layers, this flaky molded pastry is filled with a rich tea reduction made from roasted and finely ground Chenyu Adeptea and finished with a golden egg wash. This is a perfect blend of Fontainian form and the soul of Liyue.
